I’ve recently discovered that there are people who actually read this journal. (Aside from Froseph, that is.) I mean, look at this guy. So, to satisfy my curiosity, I’d like to ask those who are reading this to reveal themselves by making a comment.

Hey, they always tell you to refine your writing for the target audience. I just never knew I had an audience at all.

As I sit here, just one week away from finals, I realise that I should have probably done some studying this weekend. Instead, I’m proud to report that I spent all day Saturday in Cape Cod. Our House Fellows took us to their vacation house in Chattam, where I pretended to learn to golf, looked around the cute little shops, and proceded to sit shivering on the beach because it was a beautiful 50 degrees out. We rounded out the evening at the dinner table, watching Sven inhale all food in sight.

This little excursion made me understand why so many people look forward to their retirement. But still I wonder, wouldn’t it all get old after a while? Or am I just so jaded that I’ve got this horrible blasé attitude towards everything?
