It Doesn’t Get Better Than This
I’m so happy to finally be finished with all my exams. The Cell Biology wasn’t as painful as my preparations led me to believe, which is promising. Maybe this time, I can get more than 50% on it. Ha! I’ve never had so much trouble with a biology class before, probably because so much of it seems so intuitive. It’s the same feeling I get with social sciences. If you have the intuition for it, things are easy. But for some reason, signal transduction has always been a pain… maybe because there are so many factors to keep in mind, and so many signalling proteins to remember. Guh. Gross.
Next week, it’s off to Las Vegas for me. I’m voluntarily giving up internet for the week. (I know, I can’t believe it either!) That would be the longest time I’ve been offline for probably… 5 or 6 years. Maybe I’ll relax, pretend to work out a little, and find the time to read again. I miss reading.
But this weekend, Jessica and I are finally going to have our much-discussed sleepover. Just like the old days. Cute, isn’t it?
Now, back to my DNA prep….
